To speak during the public comments portion of the meeting, please send an email to City Clerk Bonnie Davis by 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. The email must provide:
- name,
- address,
- topic, and
- phone number from which the call will originate.
The public may submit comments by email, as well. Comments must be received by 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 to be read during the meeting.
