Electronic meetings are only accessible by phone for the public – not by computer or mobile app.
To listen in, the public can call the phone number and enter the identification number assigned to each meeting. This information is shared in meeting notices, in the calendar item for each meeting, and via our media outlets.
The public can submit comments for each regularly scheduled electronic meeting.
Public comments must be coordinated through Deputy City Clerk Vicki Cannady at 919-777-1112 or firstname.lastname@example.org by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
