The public shall take notice that Sanford City Council will hold a workshop on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the West End Conference Room of the Sanford Municipal Center, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street.
The workshop agenda includes updates on the Brick Capital CDC homebuyer education program, the Depot building renovation, and the Downtown Small Area Plan. There will also be discussion about sidewalks on Fields Drive, the potential mobility hub, and federal funding impacts.
