The public shall take notice that Sanford City Council will hold a special-called workshop on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the West End Conference Room of the Sanford Municipal Center, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street.
The agenda includes:
- Discussion on bids and funding for the Pilgrim's Sanford Agricultural Marketplace.
- Discussion on draft feasibility study from the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
- Consideration of a budget amendment for a utility merger with Town of Siler City and Chatham County, North Carolina.
