Below is the proposed list for the 2018 Paving Project.
- A private company, S.T. Wooten, and their subcontractors are doing the work for the City. If a resident has a question or concern, they should talk to the city personnel onsite during the work or call Michael Lamping at 919-777-1121.
- The paving project started 4/25/18 and will be ongoing for the next few months. Projected completion date is the end of June.
- There is not a fixed schedule but the crews are generally working their way from the south side of town to the north.
- The paving will be done in two stages. The first will be to do any patching or milling. The second phase will be to resurface the entire road surface. Vehicles should be off of the road to allow the work to be performed.
