Sanford City Council and the City of Sanford Planning Board will hold a joint public hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in Council Chambers of the Sanford Municipal Center.
The Boards will consider text amendments for new residential development in the jointly adopted Sanford/Lee County/Broadway Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and changes to the official zoning map within the current Sanford city limits and its Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).
The hearing will begin at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as deemed practical by Sanford City Council.
