Next Steps
Sanford City Council will discuss the budget at its regularly scheduled workshop on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in the West End Conference Room of the Sanford Municipal Center, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street. Based on that discussion, the budget as proposed may be amended or another workshop may be scheduled.
There will be a public hearing at the Tuesday, June 18, 2024, regular Sanford City Council meeting. At this hearing, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., the public is invited to ask questions and provide feedback. Following the public hearing, Council will vote on whether to adopt the budget as-is or make further amendments.
All meetings are open to the public, though only the public hearing offers the public an opportunity to address the board.
