The City of Sanford requests proposals from organizations interested in administration and construction management of the Sanford/Lee County Home Repair Program.
Interested applicants should be able to provide minor emergency home repair services for eligible, low to moderate income, elderly and/or disabled homeowners in Lee County.
For this program, a successful proposal will demonstrate the qualifications and capabilities necessary to serve as general contractor for multiple housing rehabilitation projects simultaneously, and should have access to an adequate suite of “in-house” and/or subcontractor labor and material vendors.
Other services would include marketing of the program, client intake, inspections, construction oversight, billings and closeout.
