Next Steps
Sanford City Council will hold a budget workshop on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. in the West End Conference Room of the Sanford Municipal Center, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street. Based on the workshop, the budget as proposed may be amended.
There will be a public hearing at the Tuesday, June 6, 2023, regular Sanford City Council meeting. At this hearing, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., the public is invited to ask questions and provide feedback. Following the public hearing, Council will vote on whether to adopt the budget as-is or make further amendments.
All meetings are open to the public, though only the public hearing offers the public an opportunity to address the board.
