The City of Sanford Fire Department is hiring a Battalion Chief of Training and Standards. Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on March 17, 2023.
POSITION PRIORITIES:
* Develop and implement department-wide training program, to include identifying training needs for current and future members to facilitate consistent and effective training.
* Ensure training needs are in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
* Assist with recruiting, hiring, and promotional processes.
SALARY:
Starting Pay Range - $65,000 - $80,000 Commensurate with knowledge and experience.
