November 13, 2022 (5:00 p.m.) Update: The automated phone system has been restored. Online payments remain offline. An updated will be posted as soon as the online payment system has been restored.
The City of Sanford’s online payment website and automated phone system will undergo an upgrade over the Veteran’s Day weekend.
As a result, these systems will be down from 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10 until Monday, Nov. 14.
On November 10, customers can contact the Customer Service at 919-775-8215 to make a payment using MasterCard or Visa. City offices will be closed on Friday, November 11 in observance of Veteran’s Day.
Because customers cannot make online or after-hours payments during the upgrade, no late fees will be applied and there will be no disconnections of service the week of November 14.
