The public shall take notice that Sanford City Council and the Planning Board will hold a joint workshop to discuss proposed changes to the Unified Development Ordinance on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 5:00 P.M.
To accommodate COVID-19 safety protocols, the workshop will be held in the Exhibition Hall of the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center, located at 1801 Nash Street in Sanford.
Members of the public may attend this meeting; however, social distancing will limit the capacity allowed. Social distancing measures will be observed and face masks must be worn.
