The Sanford Housing Authority’s Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) waiting list will open Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. and close Monday, March 2, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.
The HCV Program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and provides housing assistance to low-income families.
Applicants will qualify if their income meets the following criteria for an Extremely Low or Very Low Income family, as established by HUD.
