The public shall take note that Sanford City Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, in Council Chambers of the Sanford Municipal Center, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street, beginning at 5 p.m.
The meeting agenda includes a public hearing on a proposed redevelopment opportunity for the Riverbirch Shopping Center.

All public hearings will begin at 6 p.m. Parties interested in speaking must register in advance. Registration begins outside Council Chambers at 5 p.m. and closes at 5:50 p.m.
