The public shall take note that Sanford City Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in Council Chambers of the Sanford Municipal Center, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon Street, beginning at 5 p.m.
On the meeting agenda are recognition of Sanford Block Party volunteers, property conveyance to Brick Capital CDC and Habitat for Humanity, a rezoning request for public hearing, and a grant funding amendment.

The public hearings will begin at 6 p.m. Parties interested in speaking must register in advance. Registration begins outside Council Chambers at 5 p.m. and closes at 5:50 p.m.
