The City of Sanford/TriRiver Water Engineering Division seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design services necessary to complete a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Revitalization Project.
The project consists of replacing approximately 7,500 linear feet of 6-inch to 12-inch sanitary sewer lines. The project area is from Short Street to S. Fourth Street and from Austin Street to Courtland Drive.
Respondents can request a detailed RFQ that includes a description of the services to be provided by the respondents, proposal submission requirements, and evaluation criteria, by emailing bidopportunities@tririverwater.com. The following project name must be in the subject line: CDBG Third Street Area Sewer Rehab.
Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Engineering Division, City of Sanford, 225 E. Weatherspoon Street, P.O. Box 3729, Sanford, NC 27331. The project name should be clearly included in the submission. All questions must be submitted no later than five calendar days before the bid closing date.
