The City is soliciting proposals from qualified independent auditors having sufficient governmental accounting and auditing experience in performing an audit in accordance with the specifications outlined within the RFP.
Additionally, the City of Sanford prepares the Town of Broadway's year end financial statements. The City is, therefore, also requesting proposals for audit services for the Town of Broadway. These proposals will be considered separately and as such should be clearly labeled in separate envelopes as instructed within each RFP. Please note that should the City of Sanford and the Town of Broadway select the same audit firm, the City of Sanford prefers that the audits run concurrently.
Please note the following dates:

Please submit two copies of each proposal. Note that the second section should be placed in a separate sealed envelope for each entity.
