Duties & Responsibilities
The City of Sanford provides for a full-time in house legal department consisting of the City Attorney and City Paralegal. The City Attorney performs many vital services.
- Prepares and reviews all City contracts and agreements
- Provides all legal opinion for the City of Sanford
- Researches and prepares City ordinances
- Serves as legal counsel
