TRC Submittals
The projects listed below are initially submitted to the Technical Review Committee. Further revisions and resubmittals may be required.
Project Review Types:
Concept Plan Review - a site plan that may either provide preliminary feedback for applicants in the early stages of design or in preparation for a public hearing before a board, such as the Board of Adjustment or Planning Board.
Multifamily Plan Review - a full technical review of a civil engineered plan set for a proposed multifamily project, consisting of three or more dwelling units on a site.
Major Subdivision Plan Review - a full technical review of a civil engineered plan set for a proposed major subdivision, which consists of either more than 6 lots being created or any subdivision that triggered the extension of any public infrastructure.
Commercial Plan Review - a full technical review of a civil engineered plan set for any proposed new construction or substantial addition/expansion of a commercial or industrial structure.
Site Improvements - a full technical review of a civil engineered plan set for any proposed site improvements on an existing commercial, industrial, or multifamily site which may not require a building permit. (E.g.: a significant expansion of a paved parking lot)
