The City of Sanford works with area non-profit affordable housing developers such as Brick Capital Community Development Corporation, Sanford Area Habitat for Humanity, and the Sanford Affordable Housing Development Corporation for the production of affordable housing.
S3 Housing Connect Homelessness Taskforce
The S3 Housing Connect Homelessness Taskforce brings together the needed resources in Sanford and Lee County to create a coordinated and comprehensive approach to ensure that homelessness is prevented whenever possible or is otherwise a rare, brief, and non-recurring experience.
