A City of Sanford employment application must be completed and received by Human Resources by 5:00pm 8/19/22.
The following tests will be held at the Emergency Services Training Center at 3000 Airport Road, Sanford, NC 27332:
*Physical Agility Practice Test Date: 8/20/22, 8am - 12pm
*Physical Agility Test Date: 8/23/22, 8am
Requirements:
‣ 19 years of age with a Valid NC Drivers License
‣ High School Diploma or equivalent
‣ Successful completion of a Physical Agility Test
‣ NC Firefighter Certification
‣ Haz-Mat Operations Level I Certification
Starting Salary: $40,855
‣ Per Year Earned and Paid on a Bi-Weekly
