The N.C. Department of Transportation has approved the City of Sanford to close a portion of Horner Blvd on Monday, April 19 and Tuesday, April 20 for sewer construction.
Horner Blvd will be closed to traffic between Weatherspoon and Carthage streets. All intersections on Horner Blvd will remain open. The closure will begin early on Monday and continue through end of day on Tuesday.
Northbound traffic will be detoured east onto Carthage Street. Southbound traffic will be detoured east onto Weatherspoon Street.
