Fleet Maintenance

Fleet Maintenance Superintendent
Randy Paschal

The City’s Municipal Garage, or FLEET MAINTENANCE DIVISION, is charged with repairing the City’s fleet of over 250 vehicles and items of motorized equipment.  Fleet Maintenance operates both routine and preventive maintenance crews, as well as its own automotive parts section, to keep the City’s fleet running 24 hours a day, every day.  City forces, accomplish most repairs with only a few exceptions (about 10%), such as body repairs and glass repair, being sent to outside repair shops.

In addition, the FLEET MAINTENANCE DIVISION contracts all maintenance repairs for the county of Lee.  This includes over 150 vehicles and items of motorized equipment.
