The Human Resources Department is located on the second floor of the Municipal Building at 225 East Weatherspoon Street, Sanford, N.C.

To come to the Human Resources Office:  

From Fayetteville

Take Highway 87 north; upon entering Sanford City limits Highway 87 will become Horner Boulevard. Continue on Horner Boulevard until Weatherspoon Street, turn right at the stop light onto Weatherspoon Street and continue through the next stoplight, and after crossing over the bridge the Municipal Building is immediately on the left.

From Lillington

Take Highway 421 north; upon entering Sanford City limits Highway 421 will become Horner Boulevard. Continue on Horner Boulevard until Weatherspoon Street, turn right at the stoplight onto Weatherspoon Street and continue through the next stoplight, and after crossing over the bridge the Municipal Building is immediately on the left.

From Southern Pines

Take Highway 1 north; take the third exit, which is the Spring Lane Exit; turn right onto Spring Lane; at the first stoplight bear to the extreme left and continue through the next stoplight, which is Weatherspoon Street; again continue through the next stoplight, and after crossing over the bridge the Municipal Building is immediately on the left.

From Raleigh

Take Highway 1 south until the first exit, the Pittsboro and 15-501 Exit, turn left and go south on Hawkins Avenue until the second stoplight, turn left onto Weatherspoon Street, and after crossing over the bridge the Municipal Building is immediately on the left.

From Greensboro

Take Highway 421 south and upon entering Sanford City limits Highway 421 will become Horner Boulevard. Continue on Horner Boulevard until Weatherspoon Street, turn left at the stoplight onto Weatherspoon Street and continue through the next stoplight, and after crossing over the bridge the Municipal Building is immediately on the left.
